LogiMatcher, Inc. ("LogiMatcher," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered fulfillment matching platform at logimatcher.com (the "Service"). The Service connects businesses seeking third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners ("Shippers") with warehouse operators ("Warehouses"). LogiMatcher is incorporated and headquartered in California.
By accessing or using the Service in any way — including submitting a quiz, contacting a warehouse, or listing a warehouse — you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
LogiMatcher provides:
LogiMatcher is a matchmaking intermediary. We are not a party to any agreement between a Shipper and a Warehouse, and we do not guarantee the quality, performance, or legality of any Warehouse.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use only and is not directed at consumers acting in a personal capacity.
Shippers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact and business information. Providing false information to redirect warehouse introductions to unauthorized parties is a material breach of these Terms.
By submitting the contact form, Shippers expressly consent to LogiMatcher sharing their name, email address, phone number, company name, and business requirements with the matched Warehouse for the purpose of facilitating a business introduction. This disclosure is an essential part of the Service.
AI match scores are estimates based on the information provided. LogiMatcher does not guarantee that a matched Warehouse will meet the Shipper's needs, respond within any particular time, or enter into a contract.
The Service is and will remain free for Shippers. LogiMatcher generates revenue from Warehouses, not Shippers.
Warehouses agree to maintain accurate, current, and non-misleading listings. Warehouses may not manipulate AI matching scores by embedding keywords designed to artificially inflate relevance.
Warehouses agree to treat Shipper contact information as confidential, use it only to respond to the introduction, and not sell or share it with third parties.
Warehouses agree to respond to introductions professionally and honestly. Warehouses may not misrepresent their capabilities, pricing, or certifications.
Warehouses are charged a lead introduction fee per successful match as set forth in their subscription plan (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). Fees are due upon introduction and are non-refundable unless LogiMatcher determines the lead was invalid due to an error on our part. LogiMatcher reserves the right to modify fee schedules with 30 days' written notice.
The Service, including its AI matching algorithms, software, design, text, and branding, is owned by LogiMatcher, Inc. and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
By submitting content through the Service (such as quiz answers or feedback), you grant LogiMatcher a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LogiMatcher does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated match recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogiMatcher and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall LogiMatcher's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to LogiMatcher in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogiMatcher, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting and runtime), Supabase (current database backend), Resend (email delivery), Groq, and Google Gemini (AI inference). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these providers. LogiMatcher is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as described in the Privacy Policy.
LogiMatcher may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 17 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or by email where practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact LogiMatcher at legal@logimatcher.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LogiMatcher regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. LogiMatcher's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without LogiMatcher's prior written consent. LogiMatcher may assign these Terms freely.
