LogiMatcher, Inc. ("LogiMatcher," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered 3PL warehouse matching platform at logimatcher.com. We are headquartered in California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service").

We may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Service, including IP address (used solely for abuse/rate-limit protection and not linked to your identity in our database), browser type, and referring URLs through standard web server logs and cookies.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
When you consent to an introduction, we share your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business requirements (quiz answers and AI chat summary) with the matched Warehouse. This disclosure is the fundamental purpose of the Service and requires your explicit consent via the contact form submission. This is not a sale of personal information.
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:
These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in accordance with applicable law.
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a government request.
If LogiMatcher is acquired, merges, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice via the Service before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
LogiMatcher does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. The sharing of your information with a matched Warehouse as described in Section 4.1 is a service delivery function, not a "sale" as defined under the CCPA.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required by applicable law:
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 10 for California residents; Section 9 for all users).
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the Service (e.g., session management for the admin interface). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or behavioral advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics on the user-facing Service.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service (such as admin login persistence).
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
The Service is intended solely for business use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@logimatcher.com and we will promptly delete it.
Regardless of where you are located, you may:
To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@logimatcher.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), grants you specific rights regarding your personal information.
You have the right to request that we disclose:
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, complying with a legal obligation, detecting security incidents).
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
LogiMatcher does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may confirm this practice by contacting us.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or precise geolocation data).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
To submit a verified consumer request:
We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days. We will fulfill up to two requests per 12-month period at no charge.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and may verify your identity directly.
For reference, we have collected the following CCPA categories of personal information in the past 12 months:
We have not collected categories C (protected characteristics), D (commercial information beyond the above), E (biometric), G (geolocation), H (sensory data), I (professional inferences beyond the quiz), or L (sensitive personal information).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes affecting how we use your personal information, we will provide prominent notice via the Service or by email where practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
